I’m a regular harpoon user but this is mainly for the purpose of lowering titan defense. Alliance members sometimes ask that we hit our first or second tier of titan, harpoon hits but I’m wondering how much point, if any, there is in this.
My advanced farms are not far from max level:
but I rarely have spare food for much more than basic forge items. I typically run TC20s with TC1and/or2.
I’ve got:
102 titan hearts
109 titan skulls
389 titan spines
463 titan tails
356 titan eggs
334 titan eyes
352 titan plumes
434 titan beaks
391 titan fangs and
430 titan shells.
Which of these, if any, do you run out of?
This. And it’s unsustainable no matter what you do.

You’ll also run out of heart. Maybe tails and shells too. Rest are mostly useless.

Which items from the hunter’s lodge do you make?
Are there items that you still wouldn’t make even if they came up in path of valor/giants?
It would be fun to craft your own titan from these parts. 
I don’t use any of them, once crafted one titanium shield out of curiosity.

I like to make Scrolls of Alteration so I run out of skulls all of the time.

I usually run out of the ones for Scrolls of Alteration (for Mythic Titan). besides that, Titanium Shields are my other priority, for tough PvE stages like in the Tower events.
Hurricanes are also good, but Tornadoes will do in a pinch. Ditto Time Freeze vs. Time Stop. so I focus on Scrolls and Shields.
Hearts and skulls for making Scrolls of Alteration and Hurricanes/Time Freeze.

Same for me for chasing MT avatars. 3 down, 2 to go. And just for MT in general. We always hit top 1K as a group (usually much higher) so I always try to pull my weight since I don’t spend on the deals.
Although I never run out completely because it freaks me out to be running too low on hearts and skulls. Heaven forbid 0 - it would make me itchy. 
So I have thresholds where I don’t let myself go below. Plenty of all the other parts.

Would be good if they were to add a mana potion craftable via titan parts (maybe beaks) using iron .

Besides poons I frequently make #'s 8, 9 & 10. Mostly run out of shells. We usually take titans to the 2nd threshold for harpoons (anything past 3rd threshold I feel is a waste of resources) and my loot scores fall in the low A high B level.
Edit: mostly use HL items on titans (mythic/rare)
If I’m being honest here…I don’t find a need to use very many items in events … just complete …rather than compete

At what events do you usually use products from the hunter’s lodge? On towers or in other places?
Skulls, shells and hearts for me!
Scrolls of Alteration and Hurricane is pretty much where my titan parts go to. Sometimes harpoons.
Rare titans, and in some cases titans. Never used them on map, event or quest stages.
I run out of shells, hearts and skulls.
I run out of everything all the time in every aspect of the game.
But, I play a lot of PvE events so it’s understandable
With the exception of poons, I do not craft anything in HL that costs food.
I only craft Hurricanes in HL. Its limited by the numbers of titan shells I got.
You can see I have plenty of titan parts except shells.
The only other item I plan to craft are the hunters caultrops to use on red rare titans.
