For example, let’s say in a yellow titan fight, I have Boomer, Domitia and Wilbur. Boomer and Domitia are at flank positions. All three specials go off at the same time. Wilbur gives regular defense buff to all and Domitia and Boomer give holy defense buff to selves and nearby heroes. Since they are at flanks, that means the whole team gets holy defense buff. My question is, do all these buffs stack? If so, how is my actual received damage calculated? To me it looks like all these stacked buffs will make my team nearly invincible against yellow titans.
Yes elemental and normal buffs/debuffs stacks.
As to how, i don’t truly know, not a pro at these types of math.

Thanks! Yea, this type of math really gives me headache. But it is good to know they actually stack. I am just curious if all these stacks will make my team almost impervious to a holy titan attack.
No it won’t make you invulnerable though 
But you will surely laugh at that yellow titan 
I’d guess the formula would be something like :
1 + ((1+norm def) + (1+ele def))/2
