Didn't receive titan loot

Happened around 3pm Dec 22. (Gmt -6). I hit titan then left my phone around without exit the game. Half hour later get back the phone and i was disconnected for lack of activity. L
Connect again found titan has been defeated. I was the top attacker, but no loot.

Please advise what can i do? Is there a way to look for loot history?

You can ask Game Support for help, via your in-game screen:

Menu > Options > Support (technical issues or other issues)
