Didn’t receive titan loot again, and most times i dont receive full map loot too, its been like it for ages. Finally i thought i will ascend hero but not not this time i was happy to soon. Not the first time happen to me on the all ascend items is just don’t register

Only 3* or higher items are displayed in the log. Ham Iron 1 and 2* items arent displayed here so you need to take picture of actual loot screen instead of showing your log.

How i supposed to take picture of loot i haven’t recieved?
When log clearly shows i recived royal tabard and i sore it when recived, but is not
registered to my inventory.
