I purchased the Royal Treasures epic offer, and received all purchased items except the 500 gems. Please fix this.

if you check your recent activity log is probably the first port of call. Access it by going Menu → Support Tab → Recent Activity button.
If you’re sure it’s still not there, you will need to contact-support. We (the forum) are pretty well all players like yourself so can’t investigate specific accounts. Click the above hashtag for instructions for how to contact support. or visually:
Just for your info, I still did not get my 500 gems. Small Giants keep claiming I received them, while I am sure I did not. I spend some money on this game, and this is how they reward you? Don’t deliver the purchased items and also don’t give them afterwards, when people complain that their purchase is not delivered…
