Didn’t obtain my gems

I bought $20 worth of gems and I didn’t receive them and now I don’t want to make more purchases because of it. Anyone know how to fix the problem?

Submit a support ticket by following the in-game instructions.

I actually followed the directions from the support and it didn’t help me out at all I been doing it since yesterday. It doesn’t let me make a claim.
