Did SGG lower the WE costs of the challenge event?

For example for rare the costs are:
1-1-1-2-2-2-2-3-3-3-3-4-4-4-5
while I remember them to be:
1-1-1-2-2-2-3-3-3-4-4-4-5-5-5

Or does my memory mislead me?

Yes. It was announced in the release of V30. They shortened the duration by twelve hours and thusly reduced the WE cost.
