Did not receive the 20 level troop in my purchase today

Hello, I just purchased the build your army back, and it was supposed to include a 20 level troop in it. It did not register in my troop list, making me wonder if anything else did. Please staff respond, I paid 29.99, I would like a review to see if I got everything. I definitely do not have the 20th level troop. Thank you and I look forward to your response.

The shown image is of a fully leveled troop, but you receive them unleveled. This is explained in the text under the troop.

@WaVe is right

There’s small print under the card. I agree it’s not very clear and SG could improve that, or display them unleveled.
