I just checked the posted odds in the upper left hand of the summon screen for the Grim Forest Event.
It says the odds for a legendary event hero are 1%.
Did this decrease from last time?
I thought the odds for the last event were slightly higher.
Any input from anyone that remembers for sure would be appreciated.

During last event, there was not published odds yet.
Odds are a little better for Atlantis heroes…

Those are the normal odds, they only increase them for Atlantis summon.

Actually it was published in the last event and the odds are the same as this event
