We constantly have member leaving and new one joining frequently in our alliance and its hard to tell who join when and when did particular player started playing the game. However there is this level thing that tells how experience player is but if the player is inactive for a long time, the experience level is halt and is irrelevant . It would be nice to see a date stamp on next update.
