[Currently Investigating] When Inari's buff is active, activating Noor can activate her buff and generate fox minions for enemy heroes

If Inari casts her buff and I’m attacking and use Noor’s special ability, it has activated those buffs like I was attacking those heroes, and it has generated fox minions for them.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think Noor is directly attacking heroes with her skill.

So when you activate noor to create minions Inari or other heroes dodge and create Fix minions?

Yep. I’m not sure what they’re dodging, but they dodge to the side and can give the fox minion. And no I wasn’t activating any other heroes at the time, just Noor.

It’s not just the Inari buff, I’ve seen other heroes on defense react to Noor using her special skill as well. Sorry, I can’t remember specifics.
