Cupido vs Sun Quan

Recently I luckily pulled Sun Quan and Cupido in a week. I was excited about Sun since I have three Christmas legendary heroes(Krampus, Pengi, Peppermint). I also got Arco from last SE. I thought Sun would be a great fit for that team defensively. Now with Cupido, I am not sure who I should level first.

Sun Quan needs a serious buff he should be fast at least
