Interruptions of the game do happen, but generally aren’t related to the level you’re playing (although can be). Typically, it has to do with a server outage or an interruption of your WiFi/cellular service.
If there’s a specific reason for reporting this - ex. lost items or you can no longer access your account - please create a support ticket for SG. You can do this ingame (if your issue is not an access issue) using the support button.
Otherwise, more information will be needed for anyone to help.
