so the 4* healers that change % into #HP that change is a bump up? never been sure of what the % healing was a % of: total possible HP or HP let or something else all together

They did a real good thing with her costume. Actually, I do not enter combat without her, no matter the tank. She helps me a lot against those 2900+ fully emblemed.
