Not that that’s a lot of consolation for anyone facing her, since “just” her big bucket of hit points, undispellable defense buff, and raft of Toon immunities means she can be ridiculously annoying to get off the board, particularly for anyone without the attack rating of a shiny new hero (or at least one or more Tooned up S1 snipers). —That disruptive ailments are even less likely to work (and are reflected rather than just resisted) means that for some teams, killing the healer last (instead of early in the fight) may be indicated or nigh-unavoidable.
