In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.

To be honest early doors S1 Justice had one use and that was as a decent tank. But that was way back at the start of the game years ago.
Justice was one of my first 5* heroes I levelled him up and used him during the first 12 months of my game.
Then S2, S3, S4 heroes came along and he became much less useful. He currently sits on the bench 100% of the time. I don’t even use him for “farming” anymore.
And costume wise, I haven’t even levelled it. For me the feeders have better use even for the new 3* and 4* heroes from S5 etc.
With my roster I am not sure I would use Costume Justice on a regular basis …
He is currently one of those heroes that I tell my alliance colleagues to “leave” for SE and wait for something better.
Although admittedly he may still have some use in new starter F2P groups ….

I got costume Justice from HA over the weekend. Anyone want to make an argument as to why I should consider levelling her?

If relevant, my maxed yellows are:

The fact that this costume only has four comments speaks volumes, but I’ll ask anyway: has anyone found anything she is good for?

Her wizard superior talent might give her some use as a dispeller…

On my alt I use costumed Justice on Mirages. Sure, they are better heroes to do it, but I don’t have many of them, and she is good for it.

Thanks. I expect I’ll get her leveled up and use her for rush at some point, but she keeps getting pushed down the line (I’ve pulled Wolfgang and Anastasia since then). Malosi is probably my FS pull, so it won’t be soon!
