Costume Gan Ju or regular?

I considered leveling one Gan Ju for raids and getting emblems. Or should I level both? Which is better?

Gan Ju isn’t the greatest 3* but I guess if you have his costume you’d level him up.

The stats bonus from the costume is worth levelling for anyway, and since levelling a three star (and even more so a 3 star costume) costs relatively little in feeders and food, I’d just max them both

I totally agree but/and never waste resources on two of him

Even if you don’t use the costume, you should still ascend the costume as it will give bonuses to your regular hero when NOT wearing the costume.
