Lurkers

Karma and Gamez Tech probably have lurkers on this forum.

Conservative

As Apple Inc., and several other leading companies show, established companies do not take risks. They protect their market share with continuing on the same path.

SGG is an established company.

Innovation

New companies like Karma and Gamez Tech cannot copy the path of SGG since SGG already has those customers.

Instead they innovate. Hoping to be bought out, as Apple has done in several situations.

Brand loyalty

Both Blockbusters, and 7-11, bought out rivals ( Erol’s Video and High’s Dairy ) but continued to run the companies under their original names.

Customers angry at 7-11 would go to High’s Dairy convinced that they were "Voting with their wallets " by denying 7-11 their money and giving it to High’s Dairy.

But really Southland Corporation owned both brands and used the same supply chains for “rival” stores across from each other.

Does Zynga own Karma and Gamez Tech? Will it buy them?

Adoption of Innovation

But like Apple, SGG can also drive the new companies out of business by adopting the new innovations into their core products after the new companies have taken all the risks and solved all the initial problems.

Does Zynga have lurkers on Karma and Gamez Tech social media platforms?

Ideas

Depending on the situation, the customers do not always benefit.

But Karma and Gamez Tech probably have lurkers on this forum.

These lurkers can follow SGG plans, and forum user’s suggestions, and focus on innovations targeted as stealing SGG customers.

It is also easier to incorporate innovations when originally producing the game then after the game is released.

Zynga probably has lurkers on their social media.

It is easier to let new companies take risks and gather data on innovations than risk your core products.
