Colen's maxed fire damage is incorrect?

No. The heros level and the heros ability have never been correlated. No other hero requires that.

Dot increases by growing hp, it even does with hp from talents.

The percentage dmg also will, since it’ll be calculated upon the stats.

This is a commonly reported bug. Alas, it is not a bug. @Olmor is correct above. It’s a function of their base stats which increase as heroes are leveled.

Attack, not HP, but you’re right that it increases as the base stat increases, whether from leveling or the Talent Grid.
