Are you sure it’s the first time you’ve completed the level?
Sometimes I hit ‘replay’ instead of ‘next’ and do a level all over again.

I’m sure, 13 energies for the difficult and 1 valhalla coin taken, it should be 5 and sometimes not even that
You should check your Recent Activity log (Settings -> Support) and if you really got only 1 valhalla coin then contact support: How to Contact Support (Version 31 Onwards)
