Changing device!

Hello, I want to move my iOS gaming account (iPhone) to an Android account because I bought a new device Huawei.
I followed the topic mentioned, I downloaded the game into my new device Huawei and I provide you all requested informationsā€¦ i still waiting since 2 days :frowning: but i dont recive any answer!! Help plz!! i want to play this game!!
