I am a newbie here. What is the best way to get high scores in the challenging event. I don’t even try because I cant get a reasonably high score 
To hope for high score you really need very powerful team in excess of 3500 power. On Rare level fully leveled 3* plus items should do the trick. If you are very new to the game don’t bother just enjoy other elements of the game.
Even if you don’t get a high score, the tier completion rewards are worth trying for.
