Are you sure that Gestalt ALWAYS targets the taunter with all cubes? Because his card also says that the damage he does, and the magma cubes he produces, will hit enemies randomly.
Lol… I know that counterattack works against him. But that’s not what we were discussing.
Youngboss and I (and possibly a few others here) were hoping that the fact Cennius sometimes targets the opposing teams’ heroes with his special who are under protection of Taunt, WAS a bug, because we have him… and we only want him to repeatedly attack (and preferably kill) the opposing team’s taunter, when it is in effect.

This owl is wrecking hell in the clover wars. 9 attacks from the enemy defense and a whole team dead.

I would go Cen og Demi depending on what you have already.
The “never miss” + “prevent mana boost” passives on Cenn are both so useful and he packs so much dmg

But if you add growth to him, he is even better.
On an ideal scenario I would do Demi to LB2 then go to Cen or Medea.
But the recent buff to owls makes Cen better. It will hit 2 to 3 times without missing and controls mana boosters.
And Cen will be an incredible tank/ flank in the new clover wars and can win the battle all by itself.
Not really as good as you think. I used counterattacks against him. First cast, he‘s already dead, but then the dead spirit manages to recast 2 more times and wiped out my entire team still, what the hello? Recast even after death? It makes no sense!!!

I pretty much always pair him with Darkfeather and then he works well, even better if doing 3-2 and having him next to Pepperflame to really maximise that damage.

Anyone notice that he reacts differently to insanity than others like Uwe, Lemonwood etc? Since he technically recasts his whole skill, he can trigger the insanity on any of the hits. I saw him hit correct, then hit his own team, then correct again in a single special. Leaves me wondering if Kalo would be similar
The hero card is updated with november balance update.
He is by far the best owl ever. He can deal tons of damage and make an wipeout! And paired with guardian hippo, each hit lets the hippo attack all enemies. still i think that dodge aether power was more fitting than fiend resist, but still!
