Christmas (Winter) Heroes now all have a family bonus for unique heroes of the same family.

Winter Family
Bonus for 2 / 3 heroes:

  • +5% / +10% health for Minions
  • +5% / +10% attack for Minions

It’s important to remember that Seasonal Event Heroes have extremely low summoning odds. No amount of summoning will guarantee a Seasonal Hero.

On average, in a 10-pull, you have a 25% chance of summoning a particular Seasonal Epic Hero.

But that statistic can lead our minds astray in exactly how our odds play out as we continue summoning.

Some useful insights:

  • 58 times out of 100, you’ll get a specific Seasonal Epic Hero by pull 30
  • 95 times out of 100, you’ll get a specific Seasonal Epic Hero by pull 104
  • 99 times out of 100, you’ll get a specific Seasonal Epic Hero by pull 160

Putting that in Perspective

  • 42 out of every 100 people won’t get a specific Seasonal Epic Hero by the 30th pull

  • If 1 Million players each summoned 30 times, 420,000 of those players wouldn’t get the specific Seasonal Epic Hero

  • 5 out of every 100 people won’t get the specific Seasonal Epic Hero by the 104th pull

  • If 1 Million players each summoned 104 times, 50,000 of those players wouldn’t get the specific Seasonal Epic Hero

Soo, if similar to Jack, her bomb is cleansable/dispellable then no damage happens at all?? 3 turns seems a bit much to wait for damage (that can be cleansed prior to hitting) when there is 0 initial special damage. This hero is suspect :thinking:

Chao is better than Carol


Same speed and stats and mana cut but Chao has initial damage
 Oh and almost identical Family bonus :rofl:

She’s just a Chao that deals delayed damage but with more power. But I see her as ultility and a hero to support others on offence. 2 of them on the same team would be quite devastating.
However since she doesn’t summon minions, her family bonus is practically useless on herself. You’ll need to use her with other winter families for them to benefit the bonus

I disagree, she is sorcerer so she is much better at mana controlling than Chao.

I think like pumpkin dude she be handy on the end bosses in events. also as a sorcerer that does some damage Is good for trails.
Plus fast mana after 3 turns gift explodes your bound to be ready to send another in too the middle boss does damage reduce mana keep repeating.

I think it is mistake, because in case of not summoning she is even worse than Rudolph (who can almost the same, even more)

The fact that you have to explain why she is better than a mediocre season one hero says a lot about Carol

“Good” mana controllers are :Hel,Onatel,Proteus, c renfeld, bauchan,Guin,Hansel etc
She is at best mediocre mana controler

I really was excited of another 4* christmas hero with this family bonus, she would make a great combo with Buddy in bloody tournament defense. BUT she does not make minions, ok, that’s pretty stupid, but I guess you could add her to defense either way to make Buddy’s minions stronger, but that is the only thing she would do, since the bomb is CLEANSABLE, it takes 3 turns to explode so the chances of not cleansing that are really low. Honestly even if they raised the manacut to 50% she still would be only “ok”

Why doesn’t she summon minions? She could either summon 1 for her and nearby heros or even summon 2 for herself.
