I already found the best quality of Carmenta, a hero who is excellent in long-lasting battles and who turns the special of heroes that only damage one enemy into something wonderful to damage 3 heroes.
Excellent hero, very happy to have Carmenta, thanks to Zynga and the help of some colleagues on this forum who helped me better understand Carmentaās special. 
Carmenta will not spread Hohenwerfās mindless because it is uncleansable

Ah gotcha. Honestly since you have Quintin, I personally would go with Carmenta first as spreading Quintinās ailment to 3 really is fantastic in all modes. Thatās what Iām doing and Iām choosing from the exact same three Fire heroes you are lol. If you have them, Tetisheri is another great one to pair with Carmenta.

Does anyone know if she spreads from taunt heros? So if Ludwig has burn, will it spread to nearby enemies, or will it not move them?

Rochefort is also amazing with her. Been pairing quintin/rochefort/carmenta and wiping out entire teams
Have her at 4-20 Max talent but no LB. Charging her and Cupido and Xandrella, then you Can basically put whole teams down.
Iāve ran her on defence for a few days but that is really up and down on effect, so think her main focus on my team is attack. But man she is great if paired with ailment heroes!
Can i be the first to say itā¦ Carmenta is destined for nerfing. I donāt want itā¦ I donāt think it is neededā¦ But when a hero energizes too wellā¦ She may get the matilda treatment. Matilda was a Halloween portal so more of her were in the wildā¦ But no oneā¦ No one was calling for her Nerf and yetā¦ Here we are.
I didnāt pull for Carmenta because i was at 100/100 in fatedā¦ But Iāll likely throw 20+/- pulls at her next timeā¦ And i hope she escapes the Nerf hammerā¦ But she is just incredible when paired with so many heroes.
I disagree. I see no nerfing on the horizon. She is not good on defense and while she hits hard, itās only target that gets hit hard. Main talent is spreading ailment and I donāt see how you would nerf that. No, i Think she will remain where is to be fair.
I concur, they already stupidly nerfed her damage, and if anything she wants a buff to get that back - itās not her fault that other heroes pair well with her, on her own, she doesnāt do much at all - thatās the whole point, you need to have the roster to take advantage of her, at which point she deserves to be great.
If they nerfed her, it would be extremely confusing and stupid as thatās literally what she was designed for, thereās nothing to nerf.
