Ok, guys, you added ability to summon free 1*-3* hero or troop for ad. But it works very ugly. I see a button for free summon, click on it, and see a message that ad is unavailable. It longs very much, not sure what influences on it. But this is downright annoying.
Try restarting your game.
Hopefully that allows you to do it.

My main account never lets me do the free summon.
