The game loads up and google play logs me in but the game doesn’t move past the loading screen. I have tried loading the game from a second Android phone and my account still won’t load up.

The same here. Can’t play.
An alliance member has got the same problem. He’s already restarted his phone, deleted the cache and reinstalled the game. Nothing has worked.
