hero lvl 3 i have 24lvl…
You have one of your heros at level 24 at tier 1… but you need to get him to tier 3. So you have to get Bane to level 30, then ascend him to tier 2, there to level 40 and then you can fullfill your mission by ascending him to tier 3. (Sharan is already at tier 2, but you cannot ascend her anymore, as she is an 1* hero only.)
