Can't log to google play Nesux 5 - Options

Hi,

I juste change cellphone from a S4 to Nexus 5 and when i am in option in the game, i cant click on Connect at google play in the bottom of option. I would like to link my S4 game to my new nexus 5. How can i make it happen ?
When i click on Connect , its making a small Bip and nothing happen…
