Cannot connect and cannot submit support via app as a result

Who am I supposed to contact for help?? Is this the right place?

I’m just wondering if it may be a simpler issue? If you are on Android and presumably have Google Play installed, E&P have Google Play Protect enabled by default. Likewise Apple Game Center also stores your game progress (nothing to do with game progress is usually stored on your device). If this were me, I would just delete the app (E&P) and just re-download it and try launching the app then. I have had the game just break on me before and a clean download usually works. ( I only use Android now as my iPad is unsupported.)

Maybe someone else has some input on my suggestion? TIA.
