Game would not update. I deleted. Now, will not download. Today at 8:30 am central u.s. time

If android, tryto go in settings - > apps - > search google play store or play store - > storage - > clear the data and the cache.
Try to reload the game again.
Or try restart your phone and then try it
I try to update from the play store but nothing happens. I have free space. Anyone else like me?
