Calendar offer June 28...no no no

I have never submitted a ticket so I am not sure if you will get an automated response saying they have received your request (most systems do this automatically). Did the attaching work ok?

As far aas i can tell it did. I tried to attach it again and it said it was already uploaded. The page is still doing nothing i may refresh it

@Petri does your support platform send automated messages when you receive a ticket?

I just tried again and this time it went through. I think my phone just got stuck the first time. I just hope i got the Account number right—the info for that was outdated.

Edit: i did receive an automated message confirming they got it.
