I have both these heroes on max with emblems…
And in my honest opinion focus on costume guardian Panther first 100%
Whichever hero you choose good luck

Not sure how they are even comparable. I have c sartana, i rarely use her. Dont have any panthers but if i did i would level asap.

Costume Guardian Panther is one of the best dark heroes in the game. C Sartana is becoming more out-dated with each new batch of heroes launched
