Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Sounds like you may need to contact the relevant support (iTunes or Google Play).

thanks! Have contacted them! Will wait and see! Kinda gather it was down to them but just wanted to see if anyone may have same sort of problem as me aswell!

Sorted! Some stuff on my phone needed updating that’s free to use soo kinda blocked it they said! All cool
