I understand that it is a difficult topic and SG might need time to think through. But I reacted that the thread was closed without any indication of SG. discussion, especially because it describes valid concerns, problems for several user and constructive suggestions on how to limit the damage.
We the customers here, paying with money and time, our issues should be handled better.
