Hi, one of our allies has a serious problem with his account (she always has bugs in her account): every time the game is updated she has to uninstall and reinstall the game, she does not see the alliance chat, he does not see the Titan attacks of other members, sometimes she does not see the titan itself. She has problems with zooming in the map and sometimes she cannot move in the map or in the war board screen. she sent a lot of emails to support but they haven’t fix nothing yet.
We tried to clear the game cache, uninstall and install several times. She also tried to change phone but the problems remain. We think it’s really a problem related to the account
