When her special was enabled vs yellow titan and his special went off, she didn’t take any damage (as expected), but the blinding portion of the titan special still hit her. Seems like a bug to me based on the description of her special. I assumed she was immune to everything while her special was enabled.

You’re right. Special says in ghost form she is immune to all normal and special attacks, as well as status effects. Accuracy reduction should not happen when she is in ghost form.
