I reported a “bug” almost a week ago now, mypost was closed saying it was a duplicate. I’m being told to be patient, or open a ticket … however there’s no signs on any locations to “open” a ticket … No signs of this “bug” being fixed… Some answers would be nice considering how much time we all put into this game… This is unacceptable.
You can open a ticket on the Support website, which is accessible by clicking the SUPPORT button in the game.

As directed, opening a support ticket gives you direct assessment of the issue/problem by the support team.
It’s a little different than writing the issue here which is subject to close after a month of no replies.
