It is not possible
This is the reward structure:

Top 1% reward have 0% chance for Silver Summon tokens, and we still see it on the right picture.
Top 5% reward have 0% chance to 30 emblems, and we still see it on the left picture.
So these two players are in different loot tier if these are taken during this most recent Mythic titan event, and the lower score and rank player is in the better loot tier.
