Deals 400% damage to the target and minor damage to nearby enemies.
The targuet and nearby enemies get - 80% increase for any healing received for 4 turns. New: The target and nearby enemies receive 300 Poison damage over for 4 turns.
I’d like to see him hit 3 equally, so 360-380 would be nice. The poison idea could be good and a greater block of healing as suggested, especially with the new M&M tank.
The rule changes to overhealing provides a great opportunity to give Sargasso a buff which would allow him to be useable. Since he has an anti-healing special already, it would fit nicely to add:
“Reduces max health of the target and nearby enemies by 200. Max health can’t be lower than 30% of the original max health.”
Also, maybe the little stat boost the new pirates are getting too?
