Just a quick not that you should direct your query directly to Small Giant’s game support. You can either do this through the in game button (in the Options area of the in game menu) or by going to https://smallgiant.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
And for the security of your account, I would not recommend putting your game account number in future public posts! ( I edited it out of your original post.)
