I’ll probably gonna go with:

• lvl4 for 2* troops to push my last 2 troops to lvl23
  and others to lvl 5-7-11
• lvl10 for old hotm chance or good tc20 heroes

my priority will be HA.

• first finishing adv storages
• after some houses

• maybe AL (normally i’ll go for lowest ham/shard ratio; although the 2* farmable useless AMs are a big decision factor to continue with recipe 6b)
