You can just use the ingame support. Works fine normally
Options - > support - >support - > choose your topic - > select (by me somewhere at the bottom) was it helpful yes/no NO - > enter the real support

-Created a support ticket,
-Talked twice via some messages received in game
-Same crap and ‘robot’ default messages without addressing the real issue
-and in the end, ignored
