Defender also wins if all heroes on both sides die on same move. For example, you kill defender’s last hero but riposte attack then kills your last hero. You lose.

So you didn’t lose 18 cups like in the screenshot? That being the case you need to open a support ticket. Include a screenshot of your tower showing the gain in cups along with this screenshot showing the loss. Then they can check back what happened.
Since you’re lvl 41 I assume you know how to open a support ticket.

Only difference i see is that guy lost cups and she gained cups but yup probly same glitch

To be real for a moment though, hitting the forum looking for help or answers or to report a bug or whatever else, and then act like a snob(especially about something as irrelevant as player level, i mean come on, we all autofarm…) Is a pretty low move. Of course you knew that since you’re level 41…
