Best team build?

Hi guys, new to the forum. I’ve been playing the game about a year, started F2P but have bought a few deals that appeared. Anyway, I’ve managed to collect 30 5s and 48 4s. I’ve only got a full team’s of 5s levelled up, Magni, Marjana, Kunchen, Atomos and Poseidon. I don’t really understand about defence and attacking load outs so I’ll list all 5s I have, could I get advice on best line up?

Purple: Kunchen×2, Ursena×2, Seshat×4, Sartana
Yellow: Poseidon, Musashi, Ranvir, Guardian Owl, Vivica, Inari
Red: Marjana, Khagan, Anzogh, Guardian Kong, Mitsuko×2
Green: Atomos, Gregorian, Margaret, Elkanen×2
Blue: Magni, Thorne×3

So far, apart from the fully levelled up ones, I have Ursena, Sartana, Seshat, Gregorian, Margaret, Elkanen, Anzogh, Khagan, Musashi, Ranvir and 2 Thornes at 3/70. The rest are all at starting point.

As you already have Atomos leveled I would suggest you to try
Poseidon - Atomos - Kunchen - Magni - Marjana

You could need a faster green as the upcoming Kingston (fighter as Magni and Poseidon) or Lianna (ranger as Seshat) to replace Atomos in a rainbow defense.
All of the fast snipers with utility effects are good defenders but I would suggest you to replace one of them with Ursena, putting her into the left wing and making a team as this:

Ursena - Poseidon - Kunchen - Atomos - Marjana

If you would find Ariel you could then try putting her in Kunchen’s place, letting Ursena in the tank’s spot.

Thanks. I have enough AM to level up each color except blue but only have 1 Damascus Blade. I was going to go with Gregorian as I have 499 Ranger emblems but I have 350 Sorcerer emblems so it’s not a big deal.

I think I’ll take your advice and go with Ursena. I’m hoping to get Ariel at some stage and then I’ll be able to have a full Atlantis team with the defense boost.

I like that defense a lot. Baits yellow stacks with two purple heroes in that team, and with one that excels at killing yellow heroes (Ursena).

I’d even be tempted myself to have maxed Ursena flanking Kunchen. If the opponent doesn’t succeed with their yellow stacks, they fail quickly afterwards.
