I’ve collected 1500 rubies and now have to choose some boost package, but I’m not quite sure what color I should pick. Can some give me some advice?

Aren’t boost packages only good for beginners without advanced heroes?
Oh. NVM. There are amulet for summoning random heroes. There is no difference what to buy. 
All I can think here is continue to feed your heroes as you have been, and spend your gems trying to catch a 5* yellow troop.
Longshot, but those 1500 gem packages will be a very small snack for that roster
