Is there seriously a way to bring this to SG attention? It limits when I can play my game and the battery on my and my wife’s phone gets super hot.

Mine stays absolutely cold except for the cpu. Even while charging and playing at the same time my battery keeps cool.
It’s a Huawei P20 lite.
Multitasking: 2 games, WhatsApp and 2 video editors without any issues.
iPhone se for me and 6s for the wife. Gets super hot and battery loses 50% life in half hour.
Would love a version that drained battery less (less animation maybe).
Sounds like if the batteries should be changed. If lipo batteries get hot while discharging it may be first signals of the end of their lifetime.
Hopefully the batteries aren’t swelling due to a broken layer and short circuits between cathode and anode.
Battery Health 95% original capacity. Battery is fine on everything else but E and P. I would just like a version of the game with less animation and unnecessary (but still nice) content so I can play when not near a charger.
I’ve noticed my wife and I are not the only ones who feel this way.

Gaming does affect the battery life. It could be bad for your smartphone battery. I would say try some of these fixes. It may help to resolve over heating.
- Ensure all apps are up-to-date
- Boot to Safe Mode
- Format your MicroSD card
- Update the device’s software system
- Water damage? Contact service center right away
- Stop or freeze idle apps
- Turn off GPS and Bluetooth connectivity
- Turn on Airplane Mode when network isn’t needed
- Limit the screen brightness
- Enable CPU battery saving mode
- Ensure your charging accessories are legit
- Try some of the cooling apps like Cooler Master and Phone Cooler.
I hope one of these methods work for you and solve this overheating problem
