1,326 is low, compared to a lot of other heroes. Also doesnāt account for troop boost to health, or emblems, etc.

Yes, his attack is only worrisome in a long battle. But isnāt that exactly what he is designed to produce? Iām wondering how a Heimdall tank with Baldur at the flank would perform. He might have boosted health most of the match, in which case his attack could be problematic, especially if youāre hoping to ignore him and kill him last.
she probably will be ārebalancedā, but only after SG makes enough money off people trying to get her 
a 1000 HP boost, not even heal, at average mana speed is totally OP. Heimdal has 500 at very slow speed. I know, I know, he gives it to all, but really if you cant take him out, it doesnt really matter.

I just got him from 30-pull, but Iām not really sure what to think about him. Heās my first S3 legendary too. I guess the best I can say about him so far, is, he came out with 2 Clarissas

Yea, I have to agree he is barely usable. I donāt know how anyone sees him as OP. Heās only OP if you focus on him and no one else. His special does not do much damage, mostly helps himself and doesnāt do anything until his health is actually boosted. I mean when he is boosted I think he is about average, but until then heās prettyā¦lame really.

So now Iām trying to figure out how to use Baldur. Iām wondering he might be a nice new tank with his specials. Any thoughts on good flanks?

Good attack stat for titans, once boosted health is in there will be a steady stream of damage from Baldur but only if health is above 100% so as you lose the battle the effectiveness decreases. Maybe better for map/event scenarios with various waves to allow HP to build up.
Enough Rings for 1 Red 5*:
Mitsuko or Baldur (also have Azlar and Santa at 3-70 but they are not in contention for rings now).
Mits is at 3-68 Baldur is newborn at 1-1.
She effs up Finley wings which is very, very helpful.
Baldur has the new hero sparkle that no one else has right now.
Emblems: Mitsuko may be able to have some, Baldur probably wonāt.
Does anyone from Beta have experience with Baldur AND love (or hate) the functionality? Really interested in strong opinions.
Again, a fire hero far behind i.e. the plenty useful purple legendariesā¦ We really need stronger red heroes, it is weakest element in 5 star sectorā¦ got him on second pull, sitting on 6 rings he will not getā¦

So a hero with excellent tile damage that actually has survivability potential? It sounds a tad niche, but Iām gameā¦
Iāve got a deep enough red bench already (BK, PiBs, 2x Kong, JF all maxed and a +19 Wilbur) so it doesnāt matter too much if I donāt use him constantly.
Soā¦ Heāll get pushed towards 3.70. Will see how I feel about him there before deciding between him and QoH (parked at 3.70 temporarily) who has sickening synergy with le Puss.
