heal-increase Heal Increase At the start of each battle, this Hero gets +50% increase for any healing received for 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Unbreakable Brawler
  • Deals 150% damage to a random target.
  • Boosts health of the caster by 1000. If health exceeds max HP, it is added as temporary HP. Max temporary HP is 100% of max HP. Boosted health counters max HP reduction.
  • All allies resist effects that drain mana for as long as the caster has boosted health. This effect cannot be dispelled.
  • Deals 150% damage to a random enemy each turn for as long as the caster has boosted health. This effect cannot be dispelled.

Below odds are current as of June 30, 2020. Odds will change as additional S3 5* heroes are added to the “non-featured” hero pool.

It’s important to remember that Season 3 Valhalla Heroes have EXTREMELY low summoning odds. No amount of summoning will guarantee a Season 3 Hero.

On average, in a 10-pull, you have a 1.43% chance of summoning Baldur.

But that statistic can lead our minds astray in exactly how our odds play out as we continue summoning.

Some useful insights:

  • 13 times out of 100, you’ll get Baldur by pull 100
  • 51 times out of 100, you’ll get Baldur by pull 500
  • 76 times out of 100, you’ll get Baldur by pull 1500
  • 89 times out of 100, you’ll get Baldur by pull 1500
  • 95 times out of 100, you’ll get Baldur by pull 2073
  • 99 times out of 100, you’ll get Baldur by pull 3186

Putting that in Perspective

  • 87 out of every 100 people won’t get Baldur by the 100th pull

  • If 1 Million players each summoned 100 times, 870,000 of those players wouldn’t get Baldur

  • 5 out of every 100 people won’t get Baldur by the 2073rd pull

  • If 1 Million players each summoned 2073 times, 50,000 of those players wouldn’t get Baldur

Real talk tho, I’ll be interested to see if Baldur has any use against Telluria. IIRC, his health boost special only resists direct mana reduction and not mana generation.

Thanks mate. Looks like a Telluria Counter. I think Valhalla lvl with him would be not that easy. Especially hard when he goes off

can I just say that these undispellable effects are becoming frigging annoying? it started off as 5-10% elemental links, now the bonuses are huge and they are ubiquitous.
E&P used to be fun, when you looked at the enemy team and though about heroes to counter those specials. now you just have to wait it out.

I had 2200 gems saved up and was able to get Baldur. Not really sold on tjis guy was hoping for Nyr but always happy to add a 5*

The timing of Baldur’s release is a bit odd to me. He’s a Guin counter when Guin is no longer the tank of choice. Will be saving my pulls for next month when hopefully Skadi is featured. Baldur doesn’t seem like he’s good for anything except being a meat shield once he boosts his own health
