Avatar and level display broken in chat 1.11 live

Appears to happen when someone joins an alliance, second report of it happening just 2 minutes ago in Seven Days Departed.

Does not appear to be client side, a client kill and restart does not fix. Additionally the broken avatar as shown appears both in global and alliance chat channels.

If the user switches avatars it functions correctly again

Happened to Mustang Mel in game when she joined Misfit Toys too.

It happens to anyone entering a new alliance. Its been going on a day or 2 now since update 1.11.3

Also can be fixed by the problematic player killing the app and restarting it, presumably forcing the refresh again.

We have had this happen to three players in the last few days. It happens every time someone joins.
